This late 50s ex-council house required some modern updating and future proofing with a new rear extension by demolishing the existing rear extensions built in the early 2000s.
The brief was agreed to incorporate a new kitchen living space for entertaining and open to the garden. Also altering the layout upstairs for a larger bathroom with shower.
