City Benches Competition
2021
Our entry for the London Festival of Architecture City Benches competition 2021. A competition to design a series of public benches delivered throughout the city of London.
The design brief called for designs to promote the return of commuters, visitors and Londoners back to the area in line with easing of England's lockdown restrictions
The Welcome Back Bench will disrupt the urban space. Use it to wait for your loved one, take a break, or watch the city go by.
With different seating presets everyone can find a spot perfect for the moment - The bench becomes the destination.
